Islay Rye is a small batch rye whiskey that takes two of our favorite things and combines them into something and unique. The mash bill is composed of 80% rye and 20% peated malted barley, making this a Rye Whiskey with a heavy nod to Islay Single Malt Scotches.

Once the site of a prehistoric lake, the soil here is renowned for its nutrient-rich content which imbues a distinctive spice in our whiskeys. Corn, barley and rye are mashed and cut with Catskill Mountain water to create a uniquely New York spirit.

Crafted from a mash bill of 76% local corn, 15% rye, and 9% malted barley, Green River 1885 is aged for a minimum of four years. It is bottled at 85 proof and is available exclusively in 1L packaging.

As Green River Distilling Co. continues to expand its reach across the country, the brand introduces Green River Full Proof Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey. This exceptional release is a blend of five-to-seven-year barrels from the distillery’s Owensboro tile warehouses, which offer the ideal environment for aging with both warm and cool temperatures. Maintaining the same mash bill as Green River Kentucky Straight Bourbon, it features 70% corn, 21% rye, and 9% malted barley. The high rye content provides a robust spice, balanced by the sweetness of corn and barley. On the nose, expect cinnamon, dried cherry, and light leather, followed by a palate of warming spice, vanilla, caramel, and chocolate-coated peppermints. Green Spot Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey Quail’s Gate is matured in American bourbon and sherry casks and then finished in casks previously filled with wine from the renowned Quails’ Gate Winery.

Nose: Vibrant oak fused with notes of ripe cherry and fresh, juicy raspberry, elevated by the wine seasoning. These aromas are in balance with Green Spot’s signature orchard fruits of apple and sweet pear. The earthy, woodland spices lend themselves to the deep and complex characteristics found interwoven amongst the sweet vanilla and red wine bouquet.

Taste: it begins with a silky and sweet mouth-coating texture, with the wine’s soft tannins gradually showing their presence. Notes of dried cranberries and red apple follow, adding to the ever-expanding array of fruits in this wonderfully complex whiskey. Clove spice and grated nutmeg work in balance with succulent fruits, seasoned oak, and crisp barley.

Finish: The toasted wood and pot still spices gently fade, with the fruits and red wine seasoning taking the final bow.
