Dragon’s Milk Origin Toasted Barrel Bourbon
Whisky/Whiskey, American Whiskey, Bourbon, Brands, Dragon's Milk, New Holland Spirits, Small Batch, AlcoholLong ago, the phrase HC SVNT DRACONES was used to denote mysterious and uncharted territories. This ominous warning kept many wary travelers at bay. To us, it became an invitation.
The story of Dragon’s Milk began by venturing into the unknown as one of the first innovators to age beer in bourbon casks. Now we travel further…exploring the spirit that crafted a legend.
In a modern world dominated by column still bourbon, we again opted for the road less traveled – distilling on a prohibition-era pot still. This traditional method allowed us to produce true small-batch bourbon, always bottled at the pinnacle of flavor in batches of 100 barrels or less. The result is a whiskey that offers a rich body and complex flavor made to be savored.

Brian St. Clair and Brother Eric started a moonshine distillery in the fall of 2015. They decided to turn back the clock to the prohibition era and produce corn liquor just like the bootleggers of that era. The St. Clair’s produce a smooth tasting shine that satisfies even non-drinkers. The original recipe of 90 proof hits the spot but if you need a little more kick the new 120 proof, Buckeye Lightning, will curl your toes. The lightning will strike!

Dry Creek Vineyard Fumé Blanc 2019
Our 48th vintage of Fumé Blanc is a beautiful wine that emanates the classic Dry Creek Vineyard “house” style of Sauvignon Blanc. At first swirl, aromatics of Meyer lemon, kaffir lime, guava, pineapple and grapefruit leap forward from the glass with nuances of cucumber, lemongrass and white pepper. On the palate, the wine is bright and refreshing with flavors of Meyer lemon, kaffir lime, passionfruit and white peach with underlying minerality and hints of fresh cut grass and jalapeño. This wine is mouthwatering and delicious with lovely intensity and a clean, pure finish.
