Deerhammer Cask Strength Hickory Smoked Whiskey
Created to showcase some serious western fortitude, our Hickory Smoked Whiskey will inspire you to sip (or shoot) under the wild, WILD western skies. Built as a classic American whiskey and both from new frontiers, our Hickory Smoked Whiskey begs to be enjoyed while burning daylight, hooting and hollering, and reveling in all things free and majestic.
This stuff rolls straight from the cask with an in-your-face hickory wallop that comes from a day-long cold smoking process. From there, we keep it going with a 100% Colorado grain sour mash, 4-day open ferment, and direct-fire double pot still distillation before laying down for 2 years in our own used whiskey barrels. This process proudly offers up a rough and tumble, non-highfalutin, all-Colorado whiskey.

Deerhammer Honeycomber Single Malt Whiskey
Our Progeny Series began as a celebration of Colorado and its innovative spirit. The third edition within this series takes form as a collaboration with Redstone Meadery.
Since 2006, the artisans at Boulder-based Redstone Meadery have been creating some of our absolute favorite examples of this fermented honeywine known as mead. When the opportunity arose to collaborate with the crew at Redstone – supplying to them freshly harvested Deerhammer whiskey barrels to age mead within – then receiving back these mead saturated barrels as a finishing tribute to our American single malt… we jumped all over this opportunity to create something new.
After an initial 2 years bout in toasted, #2 char new American oak, our whiskey was then transferred into ex-Redstone mead barrels. For an additional 2 years, it was left to intertwine with the residual complexities of Redstone’s finest barrel-aged meads. The results are extraordinary! Progeny 3: Honeycomber. A honey barrel in the truest sense!

Def Leppard Animal London Dry Gin
Def Leppard ‘Animal’ is a classic London Dry Gin with high intensity of flavors. The grain-based distillate is heavy with juniper, lemon, and botanicals. It is spicy, big, and bold and has all the classic gin characteristics you should expect in a London Dry Gin.

Def Leppard Rocket Premium Distilled Gin
Inspired by lavender labyrinths in Sheffield (Manor Lodge) this is a premium distilled gin with high intensity of flavors. The grain-based distillate is bold with juniper and herbaceous tones. For a more developed experience of botanical character, additional flavor of lavender and lemon are macerated and blended with the distillate. There are no added sweeteners, ensuring the purest quality of the liquid.

Introducing Delamain L’Oiseau Rare, an exceptional hors d’âge Grande Champagne cognac, launched to commemorate the House’s bicentenary. This exquisite blend epitomizes the passion and expertise honed over Delamain’s 200-year journey in pursuit of cognac excellence. Named “L’Oiseau Rare,” or “rare bird,” this cognac is a testament to the House’s unique relationship with the Grande Champagne terroir. The blend comprises carefully selected eaux-de-vie, aged individually to develop their distinctive characters, then harmoniously combined and matured for decades in a century-old seasoned oak vat. The result is a cognac of unparalleled depth and complexity, with concentrated aromas and a perfectly balanced profile.
The elegant decanter of L’Oiseau Rare, adorned with a gold-highlighted kestrel native to the Charente region, pays tribute to Jacques Delamain, a cognac visionary and passionate ornithologist. The sandblasted glass, gold-colored metal collar, and glass stopper all echo Delamain’s naturalist inspirations, further enhanced by an oak wood gift box featuring walnut and birch. Tasting L’Oiseau Rare is a journey through delicate floral notes, hints of spice, and ripe summer fruits, elevated by roasted almonds and refreshing cardamom. On the palate, flavors of orange zest, red fruits, and Muscat grapes blend seamlessly, culminating in a persistent, elegant finish that reflects the signature Delamain style. This cognac is not just a drink but a celebration of the House’s storied heritage and an ode to the craftsmanship that defines Delamain.
Packaging. The unique decanter showcases, amongst different bird species, a kestrel highlighted in gold, native to the Charente region, in a nod to Delamain’s portrayal of the bird in his book “Portraits d’Oiseaux.” Underscoring, the cognac’s naturalist inspiration, the sandblasted decanter complements the decorative pattern with a gold-colored metal collar and a glass stopper; with the entirety nested in an oak wood giftbox featuring walnut and birch wood.
Tasting Notes. Tasting this exceptional cognac is a gradual ascent leading to the pinnacle of perfection. The blend reveals complex, ethereal and captivating aromas that only the finest, matured eaux-de-vie from Grande Champagne can produce. On the nose, the amber-hued spirit reveals delicate notes of flowers and a hint of spice, followed by perfectly ripe summer fruits and elevated by the scent of roasted almonds and other nuts. On the palate, flavours of orange zest intermingle with red fruits, Kirsch cherries and Muscat grapes, complemented by a refreshing note of cardamom. The cognac’s persistence, length and elegance express the signature Delamain style, passed down from generation to generation for over 200 years.

Detroit City 50 Year Curse Straight Bourbon
It was a cold October night in 1958 when the late, great Bobby Layne was sipping on a tall glass of whiskey and heard the news. The hall of fame quarterback was being shipped out to the Steel City. After bringing home three championships, he foretold the future of the franchise with these parting words, “the Lions will not win for 50 years.”
The 50 year curse still lives on to this day. Every year, on opening day and the night of the draft we will craft a cure for our misery. We will lay down one barrel of bourbon that will rest until the day our city becomes champions once again.

The Hatfield & McCoy feud began in 1875 between rival families of Devil Anse Hatfield and Ol’ Randall McCoy. The story of “The Feud,” now over 135 years old, has become a modern American symbol of the perils of family honor, pride, justice, and vengeance. This moonshine has been hand-made following family tradition passed down for generations. All of our spirits are proudly handmade and bottled in small batches in our distillery located in the southern mountains of Gilbert, West Virginia.
