Uncut, just like Bourbon should be. We handpick the best and oldest barrels from our rack house. The barrels are then dumped and bottled at barrel strength. Leather, toffee, tobacco, red velvet cake, and lingering vanilla fill every sip.

Bluebird is a true grain-to-glass distillery. All of our spirits are distilled on-site using our state-of-the-art hybrid copper still. Bluebird is made up of fun, passionate people dedicated to creating world-class spirits and enjoying life.

The classic Old Fashioned and beloved cocktail. We take our Four Grain Bourbon, add a touch of cane sugar, house bitters, and then steep with fresh orange peels. Pour over ice and garnish with a lemon and orange peel. Shhhh… that last part is our house secret.

Each of our bottles is a craft. We started from scratch, mashing each ounce of grain by hand. Our Toasted Oak Bourbon is first aged in charred, American oak barrels. We then finish it in a toasted oak barrel, defined by its gentler char, which enhances the bourbon’s flavor.

Our barrel-finished bourbons are designed to expand the realm of flavor profiles that can be created in a barrel. We loan our previously used bourbon barrels to maple syrup producers so they can create a barrel-aged maple syrup product.

Blueprint 001: The first in the series, displays the original plan for the grain hoppers in the still house. Whole grains are stored and separated before they are milled.

The Blueprint Whiskey Series features historic blueprints recovered from the once abandoned Old stillhouse Distillery.

The term bottled in bond was enacted in 1807. This distinction means the spirits within this bottle have been certified by the federal government to comply with a strict set of standards; produced by a single distiller in the same season the grain was harvested, aged for a minimum of 4 years, and bottled at exactly 100 proof.

Bombay Sapphire Gin presents a collaboration with contemporary Los Angeles-based artist Steven Harrington. This is the second-ever limited edition bottle following on from Hebru brantley in 2020. Steven Harrington, known internationally for his unique LA-inspired aesthetic, has a passion for the exotic, the playful, and the sustainable. His work takes you to a place where blue sky meets blue sea, where palm trees smile and sway in soft breezes that are freighted with the smells of summer.

Introducing the 2024 release of Bomberger’s Declaration Kentucky Straight Bourbon, a highlight of Michter’s Distillery’s Legacy Series, honoring America’s 248th birthday. This vintage-dated bourbon celebrates a lineage that began in 1753 with John Shenk’s distillery, which later became Bomberger’s Distillery in the 1800s and eventually Michter’s Distillery.

Crafted by Master Distiller Dan McKee, this year’s Bomberger’s blend includes malted rye and features select barrels with Chinquapin oak, air-dried and seasoned for 36 months before toasting and charring. This oak enhances the bourbon’s rich dark chocolate and stewed fruit notes, complemented by spice for a bold, balanced complexity and a long, warm finish.

Bomberger’s is the first American whiskey to be finished in the extremely rare CULTE barrel. To make this special barrel, our French Cooper partner evaluates oak from prestigious French forests including Allier, Nevers, Vosges, and the much-revered Troncais, and then hand-selects the highest quality tight grain wood.

Because the CULTE barrel represents the pinnacle of the French coopering craft, its ultra-fine grain profile has been sought after for years by wineries aging some of the world’s finest wines. To finish our exceptional whiskey, we place fully matured small-batch bourbon into a CULTE barrel, whose staves have been naturally air-dried and seasoned for 40 months before being toasted and charred to our proprietary specifications. The result is an elegant, rich, and complex bourbon.
