This blend is crafted with a distinctive complexity. It begins with the warmth of vanilla and black pepper, sweetly infused with spice and oak. Notes of cherry and citrus add a creamy, guiding texture to a velvety finish highlighted by black cherry and decadent dark chocolate. Salud!

A masterful union of three well-bred ryed bourbons. All with exceptional pedigree. We open with a bold 14-year old that evokes rich butterscotch and hints of chocolate. Next, and 11 year old excites the palate with a sweet and spicy nose of vanilla and cinnamon. And lastly, and 8 year old finished in Calvados casks, delivering notes of juicy pears and ripe apple, reminiscent of the oak barrels previous like.

Blood Oath Trilogy Pact 4, 5, & 6
The second Blood Oath Trilogy contains Pacts 4, 5 and 6 – reserved since 2018, 2019 and 2020, respectively – and is packaged in a black wooden display box designed to highlight each Pact’s distinctive label.Blood Oath Pact 4 is a blend of an extra-aged 12-year bourbon, a rich 10-year bourbon and a 9-year bourbon finished in toasted barrels for seven months. It has an ultra-smooth finish with lasting notes of caramel, vanilla and oak. Blood Oath Pact 5 is a blend of a 13-year mahogany bourbon, peppery with shavings of dark chocolate; an 11-year silky, wheated bourbon rich with vanilla and honey; and an 8-year bourbon finished in Caribbean rum barrels to impart orange, brown sugar and warm island spice notes. Pact 6 rounds out the Trilogy with a blend of a 14-year ryed bourbon which provides oak and leather undertones; an 8-year, toasty, ryed bourbon that delivers hints of spice; and a 7-year ryed bourbon finished in cognac casks to produce a slightly fruity, brandy flavor.

The third edition of the Blood Oath Trilogy brings together Pacts 7, 8, and 9, originally crafted in 2021, 2022, and 2023. Presented in an elegant black wooden display box, each bottle’s distinct label is highlighted, emphasizing the unique character of each expression. Bottled at 98.6 proof (49.3% ABV), these expertly crafted Pacts are a one-time release, never to be reproduced, making this trilogy a true collector’s item.
- Blood Oath Pact 7 is a blend of a 14-year ryed bourbon and two 8-year ryed bourbons, one of which was finished in casks that held Sauternes, a sweet white wine from the Bordeaux region of France. The casks impart a nose of caramel, oak and honey with flavor notes of apricots, honey and peaches.
- Blood Oath Pact 8 features a 14-year ryed bourbon, an 11-year ryed bourbon and an 8-year ryed bourbon finished in Calvados casks, which held apple or pear brandy from the Normandy region in France. The casks lend tasting notes of apple on the nose, with hints of vanilla and cinnamon, as well as flavor notes of ripe apples, juicy pears, butterscotch and subtle hints of chocolate.
- Pact 9 rounds out the Trilogy with a blend of a 16-year ryed bourbon, a 12-year ryed bourbon and a 7-year ryed bourbon finished in Oloroso Sherry casks from the Sherry Triangle region in southwest Spain. These casks bring out tasting notes of sweet sherry with hints of ripe fruit and spicy oak on the nose.

There he hand-crafted Las Notas wine, aged in the finest French Oak barrels.
