Tincup 6-year original American Whiskey is a marriage of Colorado single malt and straight bourbon, each aged for a minimum of six years in new charred oak barrels and cut with Rocky Mountain water. Named for the Colorado mining town of Tin Cup and the metal cups from which the miners drank their whiskey. TINCUP honors the Rockies of today and the early pioneers who set up camp here.

This limited edition, matured in Oloroso casks, is a demonstration of our Hebridean island artistry. Aromas of Blackcurrants and caramel with tropical fruits, walnuts, and creamy toffee on the palate lead to a nutty finish.

Based on the body of our popular Dylan jacket, produced on old shuttle looms in Okayama and cut and sewn in the USA, the birthplace of blue jeans, the Bourbon Selvedge Denim Jacket is as unique as the bourbon that inspired it. “The architecture, the people of Japan and their take on Americana have all been huge inspirations for me, and that set the stage for this collaboration with Legent,” says Todd.

Cask numbers 23404, 23405 and 23406 have been lying peacefully in Warehouse 6 since being filled on November 20, 1972, gently and slowly maturing the precious spirit within. Over time – indeed over four decades of watchful waiting by the casks’ custodians – the spirit has given way to the angels who have claimed more than their fair share. Having waited patiently for the perfect moment to catch this spirit in its prime, our distillery men have captured the heart of the distillery in this bottling.

The city of Lexington, Kentucky was built on the banks of the town branch of Elkhorn Creek. Its water provided power for the early industry as well as limestone filtered water for distilling. Being the first new distillery built in Lexington since prohibition. Town Branch Distillery is proud to revive the city’s distilling tradition.

Watching Derrick Ramsey ramble past opponent after opponent in the rough-and-tumble SEC never got old. Standing six-foot-four in Kentucky blue, he ran and passed his way to 39 touchdowns over three years, racking up team victories and earning All-SEC and All-American quarterback honors in 1977.
