In 1881, James Jett joined his three brothers Joseph, George, and Albert to establish a distillery located at the confluence of the Kentucky and Ohio Rivers near Carrollton, Kentucky. The Jett Brothers Distilling co. Mashed 248 bushels per day, yielding 20 full barrels of Kentucky Bourbon. Unfortunately, the Jett Brothers Distillery did not survive Prohibition. What remains of the original distillery is located about 10 miles from my current distillery, and as such much of the terroir influence that was found in the Jett Brothers Bourbon is also found in the taste profile of my bourbon.

The Palace is the oldest saloon and restaurant in Arizona and is the crown jewel of the historic whiskey row in Prescott. Former patrons include Wyatt & Virgil Earp, Doc Holliday, and Big Nose Kate.

The Sassenach is a blended Scotch Whisky from Outlander star Sam Heughan. Inspired by the Scottish Highlands, The Sassenach has been matured in Madeira wine casks and includes notes of peach, apricot, honey, and butterscotch. Drinkers will get scents of citrus fruits, almonds, and vanilla.
