Tennessee Ace 6 Year Tennessee Straight Rye
One hundred years ago there was a brand called Kentucky Ace. It was an acclaimed label of straight bourbon. We came across its distinctive wrapping while researching the history of distilling in the Commonwealth. While it’s not clear exactly when the brand disappeared, it was likely a casualty of Prohibition, one of many independent marks decimated by that misguided calamity. Now the Wish Key Whiskey Company has decided to bring back this vintage label with a twist; Tennessee Ace features some of our finest reserve stocks of whiskey distilled in Tennessee. We think restoring a piece of classic bourbon history is pretty sweet and we hope you will too. Here’s to the tide of history and holding all the Aces!

Tequila Ocho Single Estate La Canada
La Canada (the creek) is located around 12.5 km northeast of Los Alambiques Distillery at 2,115 meters average elevation in between two fields already used for Ocho production in past years (La Latilla on its north side & La Laja at the south), gently sloping towards the south. This piece of land is full of small flat rocks, often used for building fences. Its east border runs alongside a creek (thus the name) which carries water only at the rainy season, with cedar, ash and oak trees at its sides.
Tasting Notes:
Nose: Fresh and citric, strawberries, green guavas, rosemary, cooked agave and hits of pepper. Very mineral and aromatic.
Palate: Toast bread, pink pepper, orange peel, anise, peppermint and rosemary.

Tequila Ocho Single Estate Reposado La Mula
Rancho La Mula (“the mule”) is part of the original ranch of Don Felipe Camarena, its average elevation is 2,085 meters above sea level, the land almost flat. The field is free of trees and the agave rows were planted in a north-south direction, providing the agave full exposure to the sun, all day long.
The agave was 6.5 years old at the moment of harvest, overripe with a few brown spots on the “pina”, with a magnificent sugar content above 30%.
Nose – Coffee, roasted almonds, candied nuts, light notes of vanilla and green pineapple.
Palate – sweet, dry fruits, fresh oak, cooked agave. Very silky and smooth. -

Tesla Mezcal
Smoky and floral with a smooth finish. Our limited-release Tesla Mezcal celebrates Oaxaca’s artisanal Tahona-milled mezcal with an alembic distillation process by intuitively combining the distinct flavors of native Espadín and Bicuishe agaves. The result is a mezcal that is as delicate as it is spicy, with a deep citrus and green apple nose that gives way to soft herbal notes with a delicate smokiness that lingers on the tongue. Finishes with notes of tuberose, jasmine and chamomile that soften into a balanced, velvety mouthfeel.
The hand-blown glass bottle features a rich black finish inspired by Oaxaca’s centuries’-old Barro Negro pottery-making tradition. The bottle was designed by Tesla’s Director of Product Design, Javier Verdura, in honor of his Mexican roots and early life growing up in Mexico City. The design is emblematic of Mexico’s Oaxacan culture, featuring a unique hand-molded form that honors ingenuity, family values and a love of food.
Tasting Notes: Floral, delicate and spicy with earthy aromas and hints of lime, green apple and spice followed by smoky notes. Finishes with soft tuberose, jasmine and chamomile. Mouthfeel is balanced, yet strong with light bitter notes at the end.
