Teeling 37-Year-Old Single Malt was distilled in 1983 and matured exclusively in an ex-Bourbon cask for over 37 years before being hand bottled in a new style decanter at 41.3% straight out of the cask. Each decanter has been hand decorated with gold infill along with a handcrafted super premium gift box. This historic bottling of Irish Whiskey produces a truly unique taste experience, from its complex floral nose to its deep layered flavours as a result of its 37-Year journey and a long luxurious finish without being over oaked.

For Series 4, we have sourced unique barrels used by a long forgotten historical style of Portuguese Port, to produce a truly unique and distinctive bottling of Teeling Whiskey. Carcavelos is a style of Portuguese fortified wine dating back to the 18th century. Produced historically just outside of Lisbon, its wineries have mainly disappeared over the years. Now only 25 acres remain with Carcavelos produced on a very small artisanal scale, so we were very lucky to get our hands on some barrels used in its production.

This 14 Year Old Single Malt was initially aged in bourbon barrels and then further matured in Virgin Amburana Brazilian hardwood. Challenging the conception of traditional whiskey flavours, this unique Irish whiskey has a striking carrot cake taste profile with hints of vanilla, cardamom and walnut. This Teeling Distillery Exclusive is very different to anything we have bottled before and definitely not Irish whiskey as you would normally know it.

The newest addition to the core line is the Templeton Rye 10 Year Reserve, a true expression of what American rye whiskey can become, with each release bottled from a hand-selected single barrel. The whiskey is aged a full decade in charred new American oak barrels, resulting in flavor notes of smooth, dark oak with honeyed floral notes and the distillery’s signature rye spice.

Each year, we select a number of noteworthy barrels, varying in age and maturity, to create a remarkable, super premium barrel strength American rye whiskey. Our 2020 Barrel Strength delivers aromas of ripe apples and oak with delicate hints of spiced orange and dried apricot.

Templeton Rye Caribbean Rum Cask Finish is non chill-filtered and matured for five years in American oak barrels before being finished in ex-dark rum casks from Jamaica.

Templeton rye whiskey initially aged in charred new American oak barrels with a secondary maturation in Tequila Corralejo Extra Añejo barrels.

Originally matured to perfection for six years in American oak flame-charred barrels and expertly finished in bourbon barrel-aged chocolate coffee stout casks for three months an outlet for innovation, our limited release cask finish series offers an annual unique twist on what rye can be. The stout cask finish is release no. 4 in our cask finish series.
