Distilled at Virginia Distillery Co. aged 5 years in a Spanish oak butt. Distilled June 2016, bottled at 59.9% ALC/VOL in October 2021.

Kurinji, presented by Amrut, is a single malt eponymously sourced from a Kurinji or Mountainous region and exhibits traits that uniquely spring from the locale – on the nose, floral and flowery notes with pear and melon, muscovado sugar, vanilla with an oak tone and a bit of toffee too. On the palate, it is honey and sherbet transcending to peat and melon with a very floral middle ground. There is a scent of oak and it is a soft play for sure. The finale is remarkable with a sweet and floral finish and a dusting of cracked pepper.

The roots of Sip Shine derived from a family vacation in the mountains of East Tennessee. Realizing the northern connotation around moonshine, we set out on a mission to create an easier sipping shine with great lakes region-inspired sweetness. Bringing some of the best distilling and flavor minds together from around the country we were able to create that unique Sip experience.

The roots of Sip Shine derived from a family vacation in the mountains of East Tennessee. Realizing the northern connotation around moonshine, we set out on a mission to create an easier sipping shine with great lakes region-inspired sweetness. Bringing some of the best distilling and flavor minds together from around the country we were able to create that unique Sip experience.

Drawing on influences from South America, we crafted this spicy ‘Day of the Dead’ gin with botanicals and flavours that have an affinity to tequila. For around 3000 years, the Day of the Dead festival has been practiced in Mexico, bringing together family and friends, with food at the forefront of their celebrations. Working alongside our friends at Chiswick Chillies, we crafted a unique recipe combining 7 chillies from around the world. After a full day of tasting a range of chillies from the rather hot Carolina Reaper, to the rich and fruity Chocolate Habanero, to the Black Naga, we can confirm these home grown chillies really do pack a punch. We dried and macerated the various chillies with lime peel, then we vapour infused a second batch of lime during distillation to dial up the citrus and balance the spice. Sip in a Margarita, spice up a mojito, or simply top with ginger beer.

A land of legends and traditions, Scotland reveals its identity through its history and its terroir. Today, it is bringing us Sir Edward’s Beer Reserve, the result of the alliance of two authentic Scottish skills : brewing and whisky-making. With malt finished in Scottish beer barrels A traditional know-how A traditional know-how Impregnated with hints of hops, the wood in the barrels gives Sir Edward’s malt a scent of roasted oats and caramelised flavours. It is this malt which, combined with grain whisky, then enters into the blend of Sir Edward’s Beer Reserve, giving rise to a smooth and round finish.
