With aromas of spicy pepper, dried fruits, and clover honey, Rare Hare Double Barrel Añejo has a long, mellow, and easy-to-drink finish. Handcrafted in Mexico by skilled artisans, a crystal glass bottle accentuates the rich hues of our aged tequila. After a full maturation in a first-fill bourbon barrel, we decided to re-rack this single malt into a fresh first-fill bourbon cask for 6 months. This unique technique has added incredible richness and depth to the whisky. There is an invasion of vanilla bean, grapefruit, and sweet oak, with notes of dark chocolate, honeysuckle and coconut lingering on the incredibly long finish.

Driven by our passion for whisky, and with no compromise, we craft our single malts from only the finest local ingredients, capturing the true spirit of New Zealand. Thank you for joining us on this journey of discovery.

After being matured for three years in an Oloroso Sherry cask, we have then finished the whisky in a barrel which we lent to our friends at Liberty Brewing, for the maturation of their fantastic Prohibition Port. The result is an incredibly smooth and rich single malt, with notes of cocoa and chocolate which combine beautifully with the rich sweetness of the Oloroso Sherry. We hope that you have as much fun with this as we have.

Made from Montana-grown corn, rye, wheat, and malt barley. Aged for a minimum of two years in new American white oak haven-char bourbon barrels. Fermented, distilled, aged in Missoula, Montana by Montgomery Distillery.

Port Askaig 12 Years Old Spring Edition is comprised of distillate from 2006 and 2007 that has been matured for over 12 years to create an Islay whisky that has aromas of peated malt, zesty lemon oil and a maritime minerality, leading to flavours of lemon sherbet, key lime pie, sooty smoke and toffee-led sweetness

Tasting Notes:

Nose: Eating a slice of juicy honeydew melon at a summer barbecue.

Palate: Caramel saltwater taffy mingles with beautiful elegant smoke.
