We then polish it for 18 months in The Prisoners red wine French oak barrels. Eleven-year-old Indiana bourbon, polished in select apple brandy barrels, creates a perfect pairing of fruit and vanilla. An indulgent array of apples, caramel and baking spices completes this rich, lightly dry, crisply complex, one of a kind pour.

We started with a 10-year-old Indiana Bourbon and polished it in Muscat Mistelle Barrels. This complex creation was then rebranded for additional finish in fresh new American oak casks. Classic sherry notes of raisin and fig are balanced with bursts of candied orange and baking spice. A dry, complex palate of cedar and campfire leads to a balanced finish of ripe dates with subtle spice.
