The Bardstown Bourbon Co.’s Collaborative Series is a celebration of kindred spirits. We partner with our favorite producers in wine, beer, and spirits to create exceptional expression. Our hand-selected premium bourbon is placed into our partner’s barrels and then aged in our rickhouses to mature into the finest one-of-a-kind release.
Savor the latest addition to this innovative series with our most unique release yet. Working with the West Virginia Great Barrel Company, the Nation’s most advanced cooperage, we fill cherry and oak hybrid barrels charred using state-of-the-art infrared technology with 6-year-old Indiana rye for 10 weeks. We then blend 12-year-old Canadian whiskey for a flavor that is unlike anything you’ve tasted in this series -enjoy!

Barker’s Mill Bottled in Bond Bourbon
Barker’s Mill was built along the West Fork Creek in Christian County, KY, serving as a community focal point for over a hundred years, until it fell into disrepair and was torn down in 1940. In the early 1800s, the mill included a distillery to make use of the grain on site. We honor those early, independent distillers with this vintage-styled bottled-in-bond Bourbon. Distilled using local white corn, red winter wheat, and malted barley, aged on-site, blended and bottled unfiltered from the same distilling season.
