MARS The Y.A. #02 Japanese Whisky is distilled at Shinshu Distillery and Tsunuki Distillery matured at Yakushima aging cellar.

Mars Whisky is a Japanese whisky brand that is produced by the Hombo Shuzo company, which is based in Kagoshima, Japan. The brand is named after the Mars Shinshu distillery, which is located in the Nagano prefecture of Japan.

The Mars Shinshu distillery was established in 1949, but production was suspended in 1992 due to a decline in the demand for whisky in Japan. However, in 2011, the distillery was revived and production of Mars Whisky resumed.

Mars The Y.A. #01 was distilled at Shinshu Distillery and Tsunuki Distillery. Matured at Yakushima aging cellar.

Mars Tsunuki Single Malt Japanese Whisky 2022 Edition is non-chill filtered and bottled at 50% ALC by VOL.

Mary Dowling Kentucky Straight Bourbon Finished in Tequila Barrels is bottled at 91 Proof (45.5% ALC/VOL). Distilled and bottled by the Mary Dowling Whiskey Co.

Marz Whiskey is a blend of straight bourbon whiskeys. Distilled by CH Distillery and bottled by Marz Spirits by Marz Community Brewing Co. at 50% ALC./VOL.

Mascota Tequila Añejo is made from the finest 100% blue weber agave, naturally fermented, twice distilled and double barrel-aged for 3 years.  Using a mix of French and American Oak Barrels, each barrel infuses its own unique characteristics, enriching the spirit further, giving it a greater even more complex depth, with exceptional smoothness.

Tasting Notes: Golden amber color. Offers hints of honey, citrus, oak and cooked agave on the nose. Rich flavorful taste of caramel, oak and citrus. A very classy and refined añejo for sipping. Age: 3 years in French & American Oak Barrels.

Mascota Tequila Blanco is made from the finest 100% blue weber agave, is twice distilled and then given a unique micro-oxygenation process that injects tiny air bubbles into the agave distillate, which further purifies its clean, rich flavor. The liquid is unaged and bottled immediately after distillation to capture the natural essence of the agave and the land in which it was grown.

Tasting Notes: A crystal clear, light premium spirit. Rich flavorful taste of baked agave, clean, balanced taste, and offers a warm and spicy flavor with herbal notes. An excellent tequila to be enjoyed neat or mixed in cocktails.

This bottled-in-bond bourbon is made from the highest quality heirloom corn and finished with a dark, chocolate malted barley for a dark, earthy, and oak-forward whiskey meant to be enjoyed on its own.

In the Summer of 1794, Major James McFarlane and his band of Whiskey Rebels, descended on Bower Hill, General Neville’s majestic west Pennsylvanian estate, in protest of the tax. On the second day of the standoff, a white flag was waved from Neville’s mansion, and McFarlane, assuming the government had surrendered, stepped out in the open and was shot dead. McFarlane’s death further radicalized the resistance, inciting additional violent clashes with the government, which ultimately quelled the Whiskey Rebellion in the fall of 1794. McFarlane’s brave stand, however, is a lasting tribute to American passion and our intimate and storied history with our native spirit.
