We then polish it for 18 months in decadent Phifer Pavitt Reserve cabernet barrels from Napa Valley. Hints of the original premium grape blend take the lead on the palate with a touch of sweetness, turning to a ringing, balanced finish.

Eleven-year-old Indiana bourbon, polished in select apple brandy barrels, creates a perfect pairing of fruit and vanilla. An indulgent array of apples, caramel and baking spices completes this rich, lightly dry, crisply complex, one of a kind pour.

We started with a 10-year-old Indiana Bourbon and polished it in Muscat Mistelle Barrels. This complex creation was then rebranded for additional finish in fresh new American oak casks.
