Made from 100% Chardonnay sourced from top growers in the Montagne de Reims and Côte de Blancs appellations of Champagne, the wine spent over 10 years aging on the lees before disgorgement, resulting in a strong, yet elegant and complex, yet flawless Cuvée with notes of toasted brioché, Meyer lemons, creamy pineapple, and balanced minerality.

This Ledaig Limited Edition is a demonstration of our Hebridean artistry. Fully matured in Bordeaux red wine casks, with layers of heather and pine cones, intertwining with woody sea salt leading to floral notes of lime pastilles.

Left Bank Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whisky finished with oak staves is the history of bourbon in a bottle. This spirit is distilled and aged in Kentucky on the banks of the Ohio River. We add a custom blend of finishing staves to each barrel then send the barrels on a winding journey down the river system to New Orleans to be bottled by hand.

This bourbon was artfully crafted from a private family reserve, all barrels were hand selected, sampled, and bottled on the space coast.

Tasting Notes:

Aromas of toasted oak with a heavy caramel and sweetness on the mid-palate, hints of butterscotch, and a bit of spice seem to linger on the palate, the finish is warm with the corn being ever-present.

Legent™ is a Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey partially finished in wine and sherry casks. But it’s more than that. It pushes the boundaries for how bourbons can be created while remaining true to the core of bourbon’s principles. It’s a collaboration between two whiskey legends – Fred Noe & Shinji Fukuyo – and two unique styles of whiskey making.

Our Foeder Series pays homage to the blending traditions of the American whiskey industry before Prohibition. By blending whiskeys in our large Foeder, we allow the spirits to mingle and mellow over time, developing additional complexity. The resulting blend is bottled at full proof, with no water added.

This release, celebrating our 25th anniversary, is a vatting of barrels from our Three Chamber and Maryland Style rye whiskies. The stone fruit notes of the Maryland Rye have melded with the lavender, baking spices, and cocoa of our Three Chamber Rye. The finish is complex, layered, and silky.
