In 2010, my family and I founded Limestone Branch Distillery with the intention of crafting only the finest whiskey and the dream of restoring the Yellowstone brand to its former glory. In the spring of 2015, over a century after our great-grandfather, M.C. Beam, sold his distillery to Yellowstone, that dream came true. The Toasted Barrel Collection is a series of single barrels, each hand-picked and sampled at the distillery.
