Carl T. Is our signature bourbon, named after 4th generation family member, Carl Theodore Huber. After a minimum of 4 years aging in new, charred American Oak, this bend is finished in icewine casks. The icewine provides notes of orchard fruit and honey to complement the rye spice and fruit of our Carl T. Blend.
