Little Book The Infinite Straight Bourbon 2024 Release
The James B. Beam Distilling Co., in collaboration with 8th Generation Master Distiller Freddie Noe, proudly introduces Little Book ‘The Infinite: Edition 1’ Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey, the inaugural release in a groundbreaking new series. This release honors over two centuries of the rich Beam and Noe family legacy through an extraordinary blend of bourbons crafted by three generations of American whiskey distillers: 6th Generation Master Distiller Booker Noe, 7th Generation Master Distiller Fred Noe, and Freddie Noe himself.
Little Book ‘The Infinite: Edition 1’ is the foundation of a series that will evolve with each release, utilizing whiskey laid down by these iconic distillers. In the Fred B. Noe Distillery at the James B. Beam Distilling Co.’s Clermont campus, Freddie Noe embarked on an experiment blending whiskeys of varying ages, ultimately combining barrels from his father Fred Noe and his grandfather Booker Noe. The result is a perfectly balanced profile that forms ‘The Infinite,’ a unique blend setting this series apart from previous Little Book chapters.
This initial release includes the following components:
- Booker Noe’s Component: Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey, aged 20 years, offering profound notes of oak, char, and smoke.
- Fred Noe’s Component: Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey, aged 14 years, bringing in rich flavors of dark fruit, cherry, and brown sweets.
- Freddie Noe’s Component: Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey, aged 7 years, contributing a harmonious blend of caramel, vanilla, and spice notes.
- Shared Family Component: Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey
“This new series pays tribute to my father’s dream of working side by side with his own father. The Infinite: Edition 1 is a multigenerational liquid that will form the foundation of all future releases. Once a year, I’ll bottle some up for the world to try. Savor this whiskey today, and come back in a year for its next evolution.” – Freddie Noe
