Ikikko Koji Whisky Sherry Cask Finish
Iki Island is a small, 53.86 sq mi, island off the North West Coast of Kyushu. The population on the island is around 30,000. Distillation on Iki Island has a history of almost 500 years and it is recognized as the birthplace of barley Shochu in Japan. This whisky was produced using Koji, Rice, and Barley.
