Founded by John W. McCulloch in 1885 as Kentucky’s tenth oldest distillery, Green River was celebrated for quality and became known as “the Whiskey Without Regrets” before being lost to history after prohibition.
Green River 1885 Bourbon is a unique mash bill, aged four years and selected for its brightness and balance. Enjoy neat or in your favorite cocktail.
Crafted from a mash bill of 76% local corn, 15% rye, and 9% malted barley, Green River 1885 is aged for a minimum of four years. It is bottled at 85 proof and is available exclusively in 1L packaging.
