Housed on the former site of the historic Old Taylor Distillery, CASTLE & KEY is a testament to reinvention. Among these turreted ruins, we restored a distillery for the modern age, inspired by the glorious past of Kentucky bourbon and dedicated to its bright future. Every drop of this spirit is made within the castle walls, crafted with care, from still to barrel to bottle.

KENTUCKY STRAIGHT BOURBON WHISKEY
Inspired by America’s native spirit and rooted in the rich legacy of Kentucky whiskey, our bourbon is crafted from white corn sourced from the renowned Walnut Grove Farm. We forgo chill-filtration to preserve a fuller, more complex flavor profile, allowing the vibrant notes of ripe fruit, warm spice, and cinnamon to shine through. It’s a true celebration of craftsmanship and tradition.
