Kinsey Amarone Cask Bourbon
When folks think whiskey, they think Tennessee or Kentucky. But the story of American whiskey began in Pennsylvania, where Kinsey was born in the 19th Century. Kinsey is a homage to our original distillery along the Schuylkill River, which once held the world’s largest collection of aging whiskies.
A time when Pennsylvania was synonymous with good whiskey. A time when Kinsey was King.
Legend says the Amarone’s creation was accidental. When a cask pf Recioto over-fermented, the aromatic wine inside was an unexpected joy. One of these casks was shipped from Veneto to Philadelphia to be filled with our Kinsey Bourbon whiskey.

New Liberty 12 Month Old Bloody Butcher Bourbon
In the early 1800s, European settlers in the southern United States blended their corn with a native variety. The result was Bloody Butcher corn: instantly recognizable for its striking deep red kernels and legendary fruity, buttery flavor. Unsuitable for industrial scale farming, this heirloom variety is grown by only a few farmers.
Our Bloody Butcher Bourbon celebrates our nation’s early agriculture heritage. We sourced Bloody Butcher corn from Castle Valley Mill in Doylestown PA. just 25 miles from our distillery and combined it with malted rye and barley from Deer Creek Malt House.
