Boone County Honey Soaked Cask Bourbon
Honey Soaked Finished Small Batch Bourbon Whiskey takes up the easy, sweet flavors from the real honey into our used American oak bourbon barrels.
We gave our aged small batch bourbon barrels to a local apiarist (beekeeper) where he filled our used bourbon barrels with his honey to create his delicious bourbon-infused honey.
These same Honey Soaked Bourbon barrels made a return trip back to our distillery and were refilled with our Small Batch Bourbon. Enjoy this Honey Soaked finished Small Batch Bourbon. Cheers!

Boone County Pot Still Bourbon Whiskey
When we designed our distillery, we created our distillation process based on a POT STILL. True craft spirit producers here in the United States and around the world use a POT STILL. There is a distinct advantage to pot still distillation –
SPIRITS THAT COME OUT OF POT STILLS ARE FULLER IN BODY AND MORE COMPLEX IN FLAVOR
However, what you gain in flavor and complexity, you pay for in physical labor and time. Pot Stills have to be emptied and recharged after each production run. We don’t mind the extra work; we prefer using this original distillation technology because it creates the highest quality bourbons and ryes with the most distinctive flavors. -
Boone County Tanner’s Curse White Whiskey
Revered John Tanner, one of the finest men to arrive in the Ohio Valley, established Tanner’s Station in Boone County, Kentucky in 1791.
The Tanner family had numerous run ins with native peoples throughout the years, most of these CURSED encounters were deadly for many of the Tanner descendants.
The Tanner’s Station name was changed to Petersburg, KY in 1818, but the legend of Tanner’s Curse lives on.

Gentleman’s Cut Kentucky Straight Bourbon By Steph Curry
I’ve learned over the years that life is best enjoyed in the close company of others. It’s those moments of celebrating a milestone, enjoying endless laughter into the evening, or simply an unpredictable night of caring on that makes for a memory you can always reflect on.
I’ve long found that these unforgettable evenings are often best enjoyed with a rich and nuanced Bourbon in hand, which is why I’m proud to have helped carefully craft a new signature Kentucky Straight Bourbon. Aged at least 5 years and helmed in Boone County, our masterful mash bill of 75% Corn, 21% Rye, and 4% Malted Barley delivers a seamless sip of honey, fresh vanilla bean, and rich caramel on the palate. The rye element engages earthy and spicy notes, while the dash of barley offers bold touches of cocoa and toast. At 85 proof, this whiskey is polished and smooth.
We hope you enjoy this special bottle of Bourbon that I’m proud to put my stamp on, as you bridge connections, bring people together, and enjoy life’s greatest pleasures.
Like Gentlemen.

Lexington Club Straight Bourbon
In 1878 famous Kentucky Whiskey distillers, Julius Freiberg & Levi Workum, started bottling their own Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey using the brand name, “Lexington Club”. The Lexington Club brand became popular and was sold in “practically every state in the Union”. In 1899, Freiberg & Workum sold their distillery to the Whiskey Trust, which continued high-volume sales of The Lexington Club brand. We honor these entrepreneurial giants, who dominated the Kentucky and Ohio Valley whiskey industries with the re-introduction of this copper pot distilled Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey.
